First comment was they were going to put us in a king room with a roll away bed - NOT what I reserved. Then I was told that I did NOT have an assigned room even though I had reservations that GUARENTEED me handicapped room with tub. The response of the hotel agents was "that's our policy". Checked Uber and it was $46 to go 1.2 miles to the hotel. At 11 PM Reagan airport was packed because of hundreds of delayed flights coming in late. Called the hotel for a shuttle which they advertise on the website, only to be told that the shuttle stops at 10:30 PM. We arrived late at the airport due to delayed flight. Very nice property but - in my opinion - is seriously lacking management and customer service.
